notes: 

Combination of :
​* white flag with a black two alpha-numeric or two numeric of two alpha code (on right tibia).
​* c-ring (on left tibia).
​* metal ring (on right tarsus).

note 1: the aim of the project is:
* to generate some information on the distribution of breeding Turnstone in Ripoll river, Barcelona, Spain.
* to generate re-sightings to look at migration routes.
* to try and ascertain whether there are any relationships between wintering areas and breeding areas.
* to possibly measure phenology if we can catch them over a number of years.

note 2 :

Combination of 4 c-rings :
* 1 c-ring on each tibia.
* 1 c-ring on each tarsus.
* metal ring on left tarsus. 

note 1 : used colours are : blue, lime, orange, yellow.

note 2 : rings are found on tibia and tarsus on both legs.

note 3 : studies have focussed upon pulli so far, although some adults and fledged nestlings have also been colour ringed.

note 4 : no new birds ringed since 2008 and very small numbers ringed.
