notes: 

Wingtags (on left or right wing) with 2 numeric code (2 digit number).

note 1: used colours are red, white or yellow.

note 2: the tag has been attached between the secondaries and tertials or between the first-third secondaries.

note 3: birds were tagged at the autumn migration '98 in southern (Chokpak Pass, foothills of the Anarchay mountain) or eastern (Sugaty valley, Zaisan-hollow) of Kazachstan. note 4: 3 birds have been tagged.

Legring with a two alpha-numeric code.

note 1 : all birds ringed in Britain & Ireland.

note 2 : used colours are : light-green (lime), black, amber, green, yellow, orange, red, white and blue.

note 3 :  up to 2004 a different colour each year. 2005-2011, Blue in Wales and White in England except for 6 chicks in Sussex in 2011 (yellow and orange).

note 4 : from 2012 white with 2 black letters used for all birds as c-rings sometimes dificult to read on camera. White with black letters very clear.

White ring with a black 3 alpha-numeric code, starting  letter 'C' and 2 alpha-numerics.

note 1 : up to 2014, a total of 175 rings were delivered since 1999.
