notes: 

Yellow ring with a black 4 alpha code, starting letter "P".

note 1 : also a project : first letter “P:" followed by and three numbers or letters or a combination of them OR three numbers or letters or a combination of them before last letter “:P"

note 2 : if the code starts with ‘PA’ or ‘PB’ write to ring@miiz.waw.pl (Polish birds); if the code starts with ‘PZ’ write to grechuta@miiz.waw.pl (Russian birds). In both cases you receive full life-history.

note 3 : used letters are A, B, C, D, E, H, K, L, N, P, S, T, U, V, X, Z (PAAA to PZZZ).

note 4 : first birds were ringed in the 2009 season.

note 5 : rings and code used on Yellow-legged Gull, Caspian and Herring Gulls as well as on their hybrids.

note 6 : codes starting with ‘PZ’ were used in European Russia on Herring and Caspian Gulls and hybrids.
