Warblers

Combination of three c-rings and a metal ring.

note 1 : the project started in 2008 and covers the expanding breeding population of the Saar-Mosel region (southwest Germany).

note 2 : used colours are green, black, white, yellow, red, orange and blue.

note 3 : since the 1960's the West Mediterranean Melodious Warbler has been expanding its breeding area, reaching Germany in the 1980's. The aim of the project is to analyze the dynamic processes (i,e. dismigration, population dynamics, interspecific interactions, habitat preferences) at the present north-eastern range edge in southwest Germany.
