Combination of 2 c-rings (on right leg) and metal ring (on left leg).

note 1 : birds are ringed in coordination with WWT on 3 sites in Dorset, UK,  with over 900 birds ringed to date. Scheme finished in 2008 with 139 birds ringed in that year.

note 2 : Colours used are pale blue, pale green, white, orange and black

note 3 : blue ring indicates ringed at Radipole, Pale green indicates ringed at Lewell. 

note 4 : orange ring indicates ringed up to October 2006.  White ring indicates ringed from October 2006 until October 2007 and a black ring indicates ringed after October 2007.

note 5 : the bird in the image below was thus ringed at Radipole Lake, Weymouth, between October 2006 and October 2007.
