Wingtag (blue, fuchsia, yellow, orange, lime-green, red and white) with code : only 1 black or white symbol (or no symbol) per wingtag, different on each wing. Symbols include the 0 and the 8, all others are real symbols such as e.g. triangle, horizontal bar, dot.

note 1 : since 2011 in Flanders/Belgium (mainly in coastal polders and Scheldt Polders), South-West Netherlands (Zeeland) and North France (Pas-de-Calais and Nord).

note 2 : 1231 young birds tagged on the nest ; 1345 resightings of 349 different birds.

note 3 : only symbols are used.

note 4 : three information points are essential : symbol, colour of the symbol (black or white) and background colour, for each wing (left or right). Information on sex (and age, from 2012 on). Pictures of the wingtagged bird -even with only one wingtag visible or out of focus- are highly appreciated.
