Combination of c-rings (on tarsi) :
* a single c-rings (on each tarsi).
* two c-rings (on one tarsus) and a single c-ring and metal ring (on the other tarsus).
* two c-rings (on each tarsi).

note 1 : used colours are : dark-blue, dark-green, lime, orange, red, white, yellow, lime, metal.

note 2 : 601 birds marked North-East England (Teesmouth & Northhumberland).

note 3 : during winter 2002/2003 the projectwasstill going on in Northumberland.

Combination of a yellow flag with a black code and a yellow ring and a metal ring (on right leg).

note 1 : regular sightings along the Hondsbossche Zeewering are done, so especially sightings from other sites are welcome.

note 2 : on the left leg: no rings ; on the right leg : tarsus: yellow c-ring above metal ring and tibia: yellow flag with inscription of three capital letters.

note 3 : cr-project started along the Hondsbossche Zeewering, Petten, Noord-Holland.

note 1 : ringers group is  ‘Torquilla’, while the ringing location is Gijón, Asturias, Spain and the expected duration of the project is 3 years (2008-2010).

Combination of a blue c-ring and metal ring (on right tibia) as a marker and combination of 2 + 1 c-rings (on both tarsi).

note 1 : used colours are red, blue, white, yellow, violet, orange, green and black.

note 2 : until 2010 some 10 birds were ringed.

note 1 : the white flag is specific for Canada.

note 2 : this project runs on Alert, Ellesmere Island (82°30'N,62°20'W), Canada.
