note 1 : the number of the c-ring on leg is to be read from bottom to top.

note 2 : this project started during spring 2009.

note 3 :

Yellow wingtag (on both wings) with a black four alpha-numeric code : two letters above two numbers.

note 1 : used letters are EX ; used numbers are 01 till 99.

note 2 : birds are both wintering and breeding Red kites which will be tagged in Extremadura (Spain) by the Junta of Extremadura (regional government). Project will start on 2016.

note 3 :

Wingtag (on both wings): two colours on each wing.

note 1 : used colours are : yellow, white, black, blue, light-green, red, pink.

note 2 : ringed birds were juvenile on the nest.

note 3 : Since 2005 some 1713 birds have been ringed of which 55 birds during 2005 ; 97 young-birds during 2006 ; 109 young birds during 2007, ...

note 4 : the project runs in Central-France (Auvergne) and NE-France (Champagne-Ardenne, Franche-Comté and Bourgogne) and Corsica.

note 5 :
