notes: 

White ring with black four alpha-numeric code (starting letter "A") and metal ring (on other leg).

note 1 : used combinations 2012 till 2017 are : letter/number/number/number OR letter/letter/number/number OR letter/letter/letter/number OR letter/number/letter/letter OR letter/letter/number/letter ... as ex. A001, AC88, AAA4, AA5N, A3NV at Hamburg and Schleswig- Holstein / Germany. 

note 2 : 2016 and following years, codes with 5 characters like AF004, AX567 and AD770 are used.

note 3 : rings are to be read from bottom to top.

note 4 :  codes like AT000 – AT999 will be used 2017 and following years at Austria.

note 2 : used letters are : A, C, E, H, J, L, M, N, P, R, T, U, V, W, X, Y.

note 3 : adult breeding birds and pulli arde ringed in colony at Przykona Reservoir (Central Poland, wielkopolskie region). Some birds I have ringed also in breeding colony at Rynskie Lake (NW Poland, warminsko-mazurskie region).
